Fantastic Family Fun!!!

The hotel was clean. I always found available sunbeds near the pool. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It offered choices for everyone in my family. The hotel location is great with a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. It was a cool haven.
The bar staff was not good. They was rude and poured watered down drinks in paper cups, not nice.

Absolutely amazing family getaway!

the hotel location is great with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. daily entertainment kept both adults and kids happy! the pool was great, and it was easy to find a sunbed whenever i wanted. The staff went out of their way to make the holiday extra special for everyone.
i did notice a small stain on the hallway carpet near the elevators. it's minor, but a little attention there would make everything perfect.

I enjoyed Rosa's Kitchen. Juan and paco offered exemplary service. Plus, there was so much variety, including inclusive wine and beer. The excellent food made several evenings very enjoyable. I found it very pleasing with so many options.

The team provides super helpful service, the personnel is very professional, and the staff is friendly, especially to children. i was impressed to see the engagement with both adults and children. The cleaning service.

The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and the beach. i had room 372. It was ideal within the hotel (i liked it!). there are sun decks for relaxation if you want quiet. it was sunny with a cool breeze in january and not very crowded.
the sunbed situation could improve. there is a policy about removing towels before 9:30 am, but it was not enforced. a staff member just folds and replaces the towels, pointless. i suggest arriving early to secure a sunbed.

food was superb with a lot of variety. there were wine and beer options inclusive in the meal deal. i booked half board that included breakfast and dinner, and i thought it was worth it.

the rooms are spacious. even standard rooms have a separate living area from the bedroom with a sliding partition. the bathrooms are good and provide a fridge, a microwave, and a hob for simple meal preparation.

the pool area is clean and well-kept. there were always plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day. the hotel offers pool tables, ping pong tables, and a teen zone with games.

the on-site shop had everything i needed. the location made exploring fanabe market easy. the beach was a short walk. del duque beach nearby offered great snorkeling. the studio was very perfect and a comfy place to relax after a day of exploring. i really enjoy this hotel. the staff very friendly.

The hotel sits just a short stroll from famabe market and the beautiful beach, so its very easy to soak up the local atmosphere and sunshine. you have nice affordable bars and restaurants too. A larger supermarket sits just a short walk away.

the studio i stayed in had ample space, a comfortable bed, and a very spacious bathroom, so it had everything i needed. a balcony allowed me to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. good beds also gave me sound sleep.

breakfast offered a good range of choices and met my expectations for a bed and breakfast experience, so i have no complaints. they have so much choice and i try a new thing every day! everything seemed fresh and well-prepared.

staff was friendly and ready to help with directions and recommendations, so i never feel lost. nancy at reception were pretty good too assist me planning my bus trip to santa cruz, so i'm really gratefull. she's so dedicated!

salty foodoutdated entertainment
the food quality was a real letdown. everything tasted way to salty. it seemed like they tried to compensate for lack of flavor with excessive salt. also, the entertainment felt cheap and outdated, reminds me something out of butlins. its a shame, since the location is quite good.
